Does Eat Stop Eat work?
The evidence says that is does. Please see quotes above. However, this is a workout program - you will not put on muscle without working those muscles! But, if it is muscle bulk you want then this method can be seen to achieve results with only three one hour workouts per week - if you follow the program.

Whilst researching this program we found many review sites that were quoting what they called 'actual customer feedback". However, when we tried to trace these back to source we only found other review sites quoting the same 'actual user comment'.
Take this as an example...
