The Product Inspector's mission is to help you, a visitor to this site seeking guidance when making a purchase, to make the decision that is right for you.

We do this by carrying out in-depth research into products, and other people's opinions about them, and reporting on what we have found so giving you the benefit of hours of research in a few moments.

We pick products recommended by people like you. So, if there's one you think we should include then please use the 'Contact Us' form to let us know about it and we will add it to our list of projects.

We present our findings in four parts...

• First a Summary of the product (we don't give you the details, they are on the site and we provide a link for that)
• Second a summary of Reviews. We include some extracts to give you a flavor, and show the sources. When we search for reviews we discount ones that are a rehash of what's on the website seeking instead those where there is a demonstration of real product knowledge.
• Third a summary of User comments and complaints. Again we include real extracts seeking user comments from people who are not providing Review pages.
• Lastly our Verdict. Followed by some company or relevant technical details.
